CANCELLATION POLICY
It can be very difficult to fill a vacant timeslot with such short notice, therfore we have a strict cancellation policy: f you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 100% of your original booking. Our therapists deserve secured income. We thank you for respecting our therapist’s time.
If you cannot come for your treatment for whatever reason, please find a friend, colleague, or family member to take your appointment. If you cannot find a replacement, we will need to charge you 100% of the treatment fee.
We also feel that all healthy relationships operate as a two-way street , so, if any of our therapists needs to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, and if we cannot find another therapist for you on the same day, then we will honor the cancellation policy ourselves and give your next treatment of the same duration, free of charge.
LATE POLICY
If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to provide you the full treatment length, however, if that is not possible, you will be billed for the full cost of your original booking.
PAYMENTS
We require a credit card or debit visa card to reserve all appointments. You will not be charged unless you fail to comply with our Cancellation Policy.
We offer Direct Billing to most Insurance providers, however we do not guarantee all insurance companies will allow us to submit on your behalf.
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. We do not accept cheques or e-transfers.
Invoices are emailed after payment. Please check your junk/spam folders if you cannot find your invoice in your inbox.
Gift Certificates are available for purchase Online and at Reception.
