Used to release tight muscles and deep seated aches and/or pain.  Techniques are designed to realign poor posture and restore proper range of motion.  It is common to feel a little sore after this kind of massage, however in the next day or two you will feel significant changes in your body with increased flexibility and reduced pain.

This combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures.  The client wears loose, comfortable clothing and lies on a mat on the floor.  Constant body contact is maintained between therapist and client while the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked.

Hot Stone Massage

Warmed stones are positioned on parts of the client's body and the heat from the stones helps muscles relax, allowing the therapist to manipulate deeper tissues more effectively during this massage.

Fascial Stretch Therapy combines innovative passive, active, and assisted mobility and stretching movement patterns that can be used to remove restrictions that can be the barriers to good posture and mobility.  Client remains fully clothed on the table and no oil is used.

Shiatsu is a Japanese manual pressure therapy. During a treatment, the client remains fully clothed and oils are not used. Deep, relaxing manual pressure is applied to specific pressure points on the body using thumbs, fingers, palms, elbows and knees. The acupressure points are located on energy pathways, called meridians.  

The aim is to relax and balance the nervous system and improve one's health by stimulating the body's natural healing powers. Shiatsu benefits a wide range of health concerns and is especially effective in relieving stress, muscular stiffness, anxiety and fatigue.
